When Jesus rode into Jerusalem, he was essentially proclaiming peace and justice at the same time by his coming sacrifice. As Christians, we seek to proclaim that same sacrifice; but to many of us, that means we also must seek to proclaim the same standards of peace and justice, as he did.
Since Just War theorists tout their own form of justification, I found mimicking the practice for “illustrative” purposes quite enjoyable. So, noting all context, here are the qualifications for a “just war” from that chapter in the Books of History, if you wish to command one or justify one who you think has already done so.
